The staff have always been great with me, they respond quickly and even do things like drop packages off at my door If I can’t get to the office in time. I think were gonna be happy here for the next couple years! It has everything we need minutes away :) The gym isnt the best but there is an LA fitness right down the road. Laundry facilities are clean and so is the pool area. Leasing office is very nice, the people in there are so kind and attentive. Dont get a dog if you cant be responsible. i have no problem picking up after my dogs and throwing it in the dumpster that is around every corner. Tons of grass area which is great! but how hard is it to pick up after your dogs? poop everywhere. and there is an odor outside our apartment (thankfully not in it) and i’m assuming its from the BBQ grills at our neighbors. Unfortunately everyone around us just trashes theres. sooo the cons: people that live here either keep there space (patios and balconies) super nice and clean, or they just trash them. There is plenty of open space and we live right off hacienda dr and there is tons of street parking. I know some reviews say the walls are paper thin but we havnt heard a peep so far! also a lot of reviews are complaining about parking. Considering this place was built in 1986 its not THE BEST, but is still fine for what we need :) I never hear our neighbors. So we like that! When we arrived the apartment it had all clean carpets and walls, and the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. This place is affordable for the area… its saving my fiancé and i a lot of money. We just moved in and have been living here a few days now. If there was a washer & dryer in the unit then maybe we would have stayed. The reasons we’re not renewing our lease is because the extra rate to renew is not worth the price. Second issue, our garbage disposal stopped working, & maintenance came to fix it the following day. We never heard back, so we took care of that matter ourselves. As soon as we noticed it we wrote a formal letter to the leasing office, as instructed in our lease. First issue, we got mild mold in our bedroom & patio door. There was more than a few times where our clothes were still wet after putting them in the dryer.

& then the same thing happened months after. Our first time doing laundry the card machine was broken so we had to walk all the way to another laundry facility. You have to generate a laundry card that you can only load at their machine with a credit/debit card. There’s so many apartments! The laundry facilities are OK. There’s a lot of guest parking, but there are times when there’s none at all because of how populated this complex is. We weren’t too happy when we found out we had to pay a fee for each vehicle & then an additional payment for each parking pass when we only get 1 assigned spot. We were fortunate enough to get a really good view.

Everything was renovated, new paint & carpet. Our apartment was just as expected… Very nice like the photos online & the model apartment they showed us. My boyfriend & I have lived at Bella Terra for a year now.
